CLAP construction was formed in early 2007 by Philip Walters. CLAP Construction has a dedicated team of architects and builders working together to design and build residential buildings, improvement projects and custom home. CLAP Construction offers in-house architectural design and construction services.

Since inception, we have worked to assemble a group of highly skilled, knowledgeable building professionals to design and build our homes. CLAP has a number of full-time employees and utilizes the skills of trusted and reliable tradesman and subcontractors in barrios capacities during the completion of each home.
